These terms and conditions of sale (“Sale Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between CMC Marketing Inc (referred to in these Sale Terms variously as “We, CMC, Us, Our”) and its customers (referred to in these Sale Terms as “You”) which applies to all purchases of product/s by You from the CMC website. Other than specifically provided in any separate formal purchase agreement between yourself and CMC, these Sale Terms may not be altered, supplemented or amended through the use of any other document(s). Where an order has been placed and there is an attempt to add to, amend or alter the Sale Terms, the agreement will be null and void unless otherwise agreed to in a written document signed by both You and CMC. Any other terms and conditions included in any order submitted by you are expressly excluded and shall have no effect. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions by clicking on the “Submit Order” button represents only an offer of contract. The contract is not binding until CMC has accepted it.

Prices

Item pricing listed on website are subject to change without notice.

Delivery costs are included in the prices quoted on the website. 

Prices are shown in TTD and CMC will only accept TTD as payment currency.

Fraud Prevention

In order to protect yourself and CMC from fraudulent transactions, CMC may provide your transaction-related information to third parties for verification.

Having confirmed your order, you authorize CMC to make any inquiries deemed necessary in connection with this sale. It provides your consent to CMC to register relevant information with licensed credit reference agencies. This information may also be used for credit worthiness assessments, fraud prevention, and debt recovery.

By placing an order, you authorize CMC to transmit or obtain information about you from third parties including, but not limited to, your debit or credit card number, billing address and telephone number to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit or debit card and to authorize transactions. 

Order Processing

All orders submitted through www.cmctt.com are subject to our acceptance of offer(s) made. CMC is entitled to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfill any order, for any reason, with or without notice and shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation.

Non-acceptance of your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons:

• Failed customer validation checks or inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
• Products ordered are out of stock
• Pricing or product description error
• System failure

Item and stock availability

All details, specifications, prices and credit terms are accurate at time of publication, however, they are subject to change without notice. Sizes are approximate. All drawings, images, descriptive material, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and services, in order to assist your purchasing decision. The illustrations of colours and covers shown are representations only and may differ from those in our stores. Prices exclude accessories unless otherwise stated.

Items are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when your order is submitted, and the time when the order is accepted and processed, the stock availability may change. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we process the order but after we have processed the payment we shall notify you as soon as possible.

If the product is out of stock CMC will allow a refund of payment or you may choose a different product for the same price subject to availability.

Delivery Policy

Not all areas are eligible for delivery.

We are unable to provide specific times for delivery. All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond our control including, but not limited to, unforeseen circumstances such as earthquakes, storms etc, strikes, lockouts and delays by suppliers.

Please note that your delivery may take longer during holidays, sales, weekends, or other busy periods.

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information. 

Return Policy

• All refunds and exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt or order invoice.
• Item(s) may be returned to an outlet authorized by CMC and must be within THIRTY (30) DAYS of the purchase or collection/receipt date for online purchases.
• Relevant item(s) must be returned within the Company’s warranty period (see below).
• Item(s) must have a manufacturer’s defect (faulty workmanship not due to normal use and wear and tear):
• If the item cannot be repaired, it will be exchanged for a new one.
• If the item is not available, a CMC Marketing credit will be issued.
• For exchanges on non-defective items to be considered, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging and/or have tags intact, and be unused.
• We will also refund any associated shipping charges for defective products, or if you received the wrong item.
• Shipping charges  will not be refunded if the return is due to Buyer’s Remorse.

Documents

You will be provided with an electronic receipt and invoice as proof of purchase. Documents can be emailed upon request.

Warranty

Warranty is only valid if:

• The product is purchased new from us and has a CMC initial warranty.
• The product is for domestic and personal use only. Warranty cover is not valid on products intended or used for commercial, rental or profit generation purposes. 

Prohibited Content

CMC reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to reject, edit or refuse to post any content, comments or reviews and to remove any content from the website, whether or not the content is expressly prohibited by these Terms and Conditions, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

Errors and omissions

Any errors or omissions in any catalogue, sales literature, price list, dispatch note, invoice or documentation or information issued in print or posted online which is available electronically on our website by CMC from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on CMC's part.

CMC reserves the right to correct all or any errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including prices and availability of products.
